Promotional Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is LINQ CAPITAL Pty Ltd (ABN 64 699 849 093), of Donvale, Victoria, Australia, an authorised credit representative of Connective Credit Services Pty Ltd (Australian Credit Licence 389329).

2. Promotional Period

The promotion closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 30 April 2027. Monthly draws will be conducted on the 5th of each month during the promotional period.

3. Eligibility

1. Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

2. Entrants must complete the online entry form and attend an appointment with one of the brokers of LINQ CAPITAL to discuss their financial goals or finance needs.

3. Both requirements must be completed within the applicable promotional period to qualify for the draw.

4. No loan application, loan approval or purchase is required.

5. Employees of LINQ CAPITAL, Balance Gymnastics and their immediate families are ineligible.

4. How to Enter

1. Scan the QR code on the promotional material and complete the online entry form.

2. Attend an appointment with LINQ CAPITAL within the applicable promotional period.

3. One entry per person applies unless otherwise stated.

4. Incomplete, duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

1. One winner will be selected for each monthly draw.

2. Each winner will receive one free month of membership at Balance Gymnastics.

3. Membership is subject to Balance Gymnastics' applicable membership conditions, availability and enrolment requirements.

4. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

5. Any additional fees, services or costs not included in the advertised prize remain the winner's responsibility.

6. Draw and Winner Notification

1. Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries on the advertised draw dates.

2. Winners will be contacted using the details provided on their entry form.

3. Winners may be announced on LINQ CAPITAL's Facebook page, subject to applicable privacy requirements and consent where required.

4. Winners must respond within 14 days of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to claim the prize, a redraw may be conducted where permitted by law.

5. LINQ CAPITAL will arrange for the prize to be provided in coordination with Balance Gymnastics.

7. Fundraising Commitment

LINQ CAPITAL will donate $100 to Balance Gymnastics for every referred loan that successfully settles, as part of its support for Balance Gymnastics' $1,000 equipment fundraising goal.

This donation is made by LINQ CAPITAL and is separate from the prize draw. Entry does not require an entrant to apply for or obtain a loan. Loan referrals, approvals and settlements are subject to individual circumstances and lender requirements.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility and contact winners. Information will be handled in accordance with LINQ CAPITAL's Privacy Policy at https://linqcapital.com.au.

Personal information will not be provided to Balance Gymnastics for its independent marketing purposes without appropriate consent or other lawful authority. Any marketing consent is separate from competition entry.

9. General Conditions

LINQ CAPITAL reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entrants who breach these terms. If circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the promotion, LINQ CAPITAL may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Social Media

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory laws applying in other Australian jurisdictions.
